We just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for all your assistance with our housing needs in the Memphis TN area. While looking for a house to purchase, you were the only realtor (of the four that I dealt with) who seemed to listen to what features Lou Ann and I were looking for in a house and showed us only the ones that met a majority of the list. While selling that same house only 10 months later, your reccommendations during the negotiations were very helpful.
Just before our move to Nashville, Lou Ann hosted a family reunion and of course the subject of moving was a topic of conversation. Everyone, except us, had a horror story about their previous moves. One even involved the deal falling through at the closing table! Thanks to your diligent work, we didn't have any of those unpleasant events to share with the others.
It was also a pleasure to meet and get to know Gary Jewel. His practical legal advice coupled with his hometown attitude was very refreshing.
In closing, let me say that when we arrived in Nashville, we discovered that one of our neighbors was being transferred to Memphis. We very eagerly recommended that they get with you for their housing needs.

Donna was fantastic during our recent home rearch. She was flexible and worked hard to meet our needs and worked around our busy schedules while helping us find the perfect home.
