It is my goal as your full service real estate company specializing in the Germantown, Collierville, and Cordova areas, to provide you with superior service at all times. As a full time Realtor since 1979, I have the experience and the knowledge to assist buyers and sellers move both in town and relocating from other areas. As a former teacher, I believe in education for the children in school now and for myself to keep up with this rapidly changing world. I am a graduate of the University of Memphis with a degree in art education and a Masters in Special Ed from the University of So Alabama. I have continued with my quest for knowledge by earning my Broker's license and many designations. I am an Accredited Buyer's Agent, ABR, a Certified Residential Specialist, CRS, (there are only 3-5 % of all agents in the country with this one), Graduate of the Realtor's Institute, GRI, and  completed the requirements for the Internet Professional designation of ePro in Dec of 2006. In 2007 I became a SRES..Seniors Real Estate Specialist.

A past Deacon, I'm an active member at Hope Presbyterian Church and in leadership with the adult singles. As an avid U of Memphis Basketball fan, I don't miss a game! We made it to the Elite Eight in 2006 and 2007!! We were number ONE in the nation for 5 weeks this year! I also love baby-sitting for my two grandsons, Brooks Phelan, 11 years, and his little brother, Brendan, four years old.

In my "spare" time I do a lot of volunteer work as a Board member for Martha's Manor, a day program for mentally challenged ladies and on the Special Events Committee with the Ronald McDonald House. As a member of the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority Alumnae association I have been involved with the Ronald McDonald House Golf Tournament for the past 20 years. This June we will have our 21th Tournament!  I like to paint watercolors and do scrapbooking. I also do the clay relief work for custom state, county and city Seals. In Feb of 2006 I did a Seal for the state of North Carolina's newly remodeled Legislative hall. It's 6 feet in diameter!! And ask me about my month long adventure to Nepal, Zimbabwe, Australia and New Zealand in October 2005!
